Marko Huskic, senior associate, is a member of the Banking & Finance Practice Group in our Luxembourg office and a member of the Private Equity and Restructuring teams. His work focuses on domestic and international private equity matters and secured lending, including acquisition and real estate finance. His practice focuses on complex, multijurisdictional transactions, some of which have been recognised with international awards.

Marko joined the Banking & Finance Practice Group in January 2018. He focuses on cross-border finance transactions and real estate finance matters, with particular expertise in leveraged finance.
Marko advises private equity firms on many of their largest and most complex transactions involving target companies internationally and is a specialist on portfolio company level financing obtained for or by private equity sponsors. He also frequently advises private credit as lenders in leverage finance transactions.
