Kirill's experience includes advising on the NIS2 Directive, the CER Directive and the Cyber Resilience Act, as well as a broad range of digital economy topics such as intermediary liability, e commerce regulation and artificial intelligence legislation. He also has expertise in areas including EU internal market law and EU citizenship law.

In addition to his professional work, Kirill is pursuing a PhD in competition law at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where he researches the anticompetitive effects of blockchain forks. He also contributes to academic discourse as an editor of the Stanford Computational Antitrust Journal at CodeX: The Stanford Center for Legal Informatics.

Through this combined practical and academic focus, Kirill brings a strong and multidisciplinary perspective to complex questions at the intersection of privacy, cybersecurity, EU regulation and competition law.
