The editorial team of Mood for Magazines (LINDA.) will relocate in its entirety to DPG’s headquarters in Amsterdam, where DPG’s other magazine titles are based as well. While the concept of LINDA. will remain unchanged for the time being, DPG intends to accelerate the digital transformation of the title. Following completion of the acquisition, DPG aims to prioritise the digitalization of women’s magazines. Linda de Mol will remain closely involved with the magazine, together with the current editorial team.

Subject to the consultation process with the works council of DPG Media, the transaction is expected to close in early 2026.
