Madeline practises corporate law, advising clients on (national and international) mergers and acquisitions, more specifically private equity transactions. She has a particular focus on advising in the context of acquisitions, management buy-outs and joint ventures.
Madeline advises both Private Equity firms and corporates on private equity and M&A transactions. Following a secondment to the firm’s Paris office from September 2024 until September 2026, Madeline continues to serve our clients based in France. Prior to joining the practice of Corporate M&A, Madeline practiced in Litigation & Risk Management (focusing on cross-border restructurings).
