On 12 April 2022, the OECD and Brazil's Receita Federal (RFB) held a joint event to present key features of Brazil’s proposed new transfer pricing system in the context of Brazil’s path towards formal membership of the OECD. This marks a significant shift and requires for practitioners efforts to become (more) familiar with OECD transfer pricing standards. This webinar series will drive you through the key elements to keep in mind.
The advent of new rules in Brazil means familiarity with and understanding of the OECD standards will be more important. To help you to prepare for these changes, our Latin America dedicated team, along with our transfer pricing experts, is organizing a series of short webinars (each 30 minutes) explaining key elements of the OECD transfer pricing standards. To translate the importance of these standards in a Brazilian context, a special Brazilian guest will give us some input.
