Emilia Fronczak joined the Commercial & Litigation department of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in September 2015.
She works in the field of dispute resolution and advises on civil, commercial and EU law. Emilia provides special expertise in data protection, employment and private international law.
Prior to joining the Commercial & Litigation practice group in Luxembourg, she was a legal secretary at the European Court of Justice.
Emilia teaches EU Private international law at the Centre Européen Universitaire de Nancy (France) and regularly lectures and publishes in the areas of her expertise.
She was admitted to the Luxembourg bar in 2015.
