
Jan-Willem Kunen
Jan-Willem Kunen, tax adviser, is a member of the International Tax Services practice group in our Rotterdam office. He focuses on transfer pricing and is a member of the Transfer Pricing team. He is also a member of the Digital Economy and Nordics teams.
About Jan-Willem Kunen
Jan-Willem advises clients on Dutch and international tax law, with a focus on transfer pricing. He advises multinationals on all transfer pricing aspects with a specific focus on mutual agreement procedures, (bilateral) advance pricing agreements and digital taxation. He also has broad experience in advising on business restructurings, transfer pricing and other tax disputes, financing structures, mergers, acquisitions and the setting up of international structures. From 2014 to 2016 he worked at Loyens & Loeff's Zurich office.
