Jaap assists clients in private equity and strategic M&A transactions, management and leveraged buyouts, (inter)national acquisitions, (venture capital) investments and joint ventures. Jaap has specific expertise on venture and growth capital investments and exits of venture and growth capital-backed companies.
Over the past years, Jaap has been involved in several high-profile national and international corporate transactions and venture capital and growth capital investments. Jaap is a member of the Loyens & Loeff Venture Capital Team.
As from 1 March 2023, Jaap is working in the New York Office of Loyens & Loeff, where he focuses on cross-border M&A transactions and venture and growth capital transactions.
