Loyens & Loeff advised The Outdoor Living Group on the acquisition of Gardendreams

On 30 July 2026, the Luxembourg Government deposited with the Chamber of Deputies (Chambre des Députés) a bill amending the amended law of 12 July 2013 on alternative investment fund managers (the AIFM Law).
