Erfgoed Beheer B.V. sells 100% of the outstanding and issued shares in the capital of Aannemingsbedrijf Wouters Schijndel B.V. to Van Grunsven - Wouters Beheer B.V. in which Erfgoed Beheer B.V. and Van Grunsven Beheer B.V. each hold an equity interest of 50%.
