Our Liability & Insurance team address the first insurances come to mind in relation to COVID-19 and the relevant obligations under these insurances. Such obligations can even exist in case there is no coverage for corona-related damages (such as changes in the risk of the business due to other commercial activities or vacancy of the business premises which have to be notified to the insurer).
