Marlous Verhoog, tax adviser, is a member of the investment management practice group and is part of the real estate team and the CEE team. She advises clients on corporate tax issues in cross-border transactions, including international structuring and restructuring, private equity, real estate and corporate M&A transactions. Marlous specialises in advising international investors on the tax structuring aspects of real estate investments. Further, she is involved in teaching at the Adv. LL.M. program in European Tax Law at the International Tax Center Leiden.
Marlous is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
