Kayleigh specialises in all-round employment law, with the focus on individual and collective dismissal law, dismissal of managing directors and other top management, employee representation (including in reorganisations and restructurings), the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, cross-border labour, employee participation structures, remuneration structures and specific laws and regulations on remuneration in the financial sector.

Kayleigh also has a background in financial regulatory, as she was a member of the Banking & Finance practice group for almost 2 years. She gained experience in advising clients about the laws and regulations regarding supervision of financial undertakings and financial markets. In addition, Kayleigh assisted clients in public debt offerings. In her current employment law practice, this background allows Kayleigh to adequately advise clients in the financial sector on the laws and regulations concerning (variable) remuneration.
