Caroline Docclo has a broad practice in counselling and litigation in tax matters.
She is recommended as a leading litigation expert by the International Tax Review (Tax Controversy Leaders Guide and Women in Tax Leaders guide) and Who’s Who Legal.
She is a professor of international tax law at the Law School of the Université libre de Bruxelles, and at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, of the same university, as well as at the Université de Liège.
She sits on the board of editors of the 'Journal de droit fiscal' and is a former president of the Belgian branch of the IFA (International Fiscal Association).
Caroline has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 1987.
Caroline holds a Law degree from the Université libre de Bruxelles (Belgium, 1985), a Tax Law degree and an Economic Law degree from the Université libre de Bruxelles (Belgium, 1987). She obtained an LL.M. in Taxation from NYU (New York, USA, 1994).
Caroline passed the exam for the access of attorneys to the Cour de cassation in Belgium.
