Responsible, purpose‑driven AI in practice
We adopt AI pragmatically and with purpose. Tools are selected because they deliver real, proven value in legal and tax practice, helping our teams analyse complex information more effectively, streamline processes, and respond faster to client needs. AI enhances how advice is delivered but never replaces professional judgement or client‑specific expertise. Decisions, accountability, and responsibility always remain with our experts.
Responsible use is embedded in everything we do with AI. All AI‑supported work operates within robust governance, security, and confidentiality frameworks, aligned with professional and regulatory standards. Technology is carefully assessed, data is protected, and outputs are reviewed by professionals before they inform advice or decisions.
AI at Loyens & Loeff is not a standalone initiative or experiment, but a firmwide capability integrated into daily practice. This disciplined approach allows us to use AI confidently, securely, and responsibly, supporting better outcomes for clients while safeguarding trust and quality.
