She also advises on aspects of real estate law, including real estate litigation. Véronique’s experience in IP law includes working on multi-jurisdictional IP and commercial disputes involving trademarks, distribution and agency agreements, and infringements of copyrights and designs.

For years, Véronique has been one of the go-to litigation lawyers in Luxembourg, as demonstrated notably by her personal rankings in Chambers (Band 1) and Legal 500 (Leading Individual), as well as the rankings of her team (Tier 1 in Legal 500).

Véronique is the former president of the National Research Fund (FNR) of Luxembourg. As per 1 January 2020, she has been appointed president of the Board of Directors of the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER).
