Wouter specialises in debt finance, advising financial institutions and borrowers on a broad range of national and international financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, fund finance and restructuring.
Prior to joining the Banking & Finance practice group, Wouter worked in our firm’s Investment Management practice group where he assisted managers with the formation of their funds and institutional investors in respect of their fund investments.
