Suleiman advises domestic and international clients in corporate and commercial disputes, both in international arbitration proceedings (including ICC, SIAC and NAI) and in litigation before the Dutch state courts (courts of first instance and courts of appeal). His practice focuses on arbitration and liability law.

Suleiman has also worked in the firm’s Corporate practice group, where he gained extensive experience in the structuring of corporate transactions (M&A), shareholders’ and joint venture agreements, and in providing general corporate advice to companies and their stakeholders.

Suleiman focused on the energy and infrastructure sector, particularly in project development, domestic and international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate governance, and joint ventures. He advised clients on offshore and onshore wind, solar, gas, and hydrogen transactions.
