Richard joined the Luxembourg Banking and Finance Practice Group as an associate in September 2016. He specialises in banking and finance law and acts for banks, financial institutions, corporates and investors in various types of cross-border finance transactions, secured lending, including acquisition and real estate finance as well as debt restructuring.
