Pieter has a broad range of experience in advising and litigating in the field of contract law. He specializes in consumer-, IP- and IT-related matters and drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
Work highlights include:
- Advising one of the largest private equity firms in the real estate industry on software licensing and the receipt of services in relation to its real estate portfolio;
- Advising Mitsubishi Corporation and Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation on their joint venture acquisition of a 30% stake in HERE Technologies; and
- Advising VIVAT N.V. on the transaction whereby insurance company Anbang Group Holdings Co., Ltd. sold all of its shares in VIVAT N.V. to Athora Holding Ltd.
