Mayke Kamstra, senior associate and deputy civil law notary, is a member of the Corporate/M&A practice group. She focuses on national and international mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and joint ventures, in particular in respect of private equity.
Mayke specialises in mergers and acquisitions and private equity. She has a particular focus on advising in the context of
international acquisitions and joint ventures. Maykes areas of specialism include domestic and cross border mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. She represents both domestic and international clients in a wide range of high-end transactions.
She is currently based in our London office.
