Laurie Kuijpers

Laurie has extensive knowledge and experience of pension law and is the contact person within the Pensions team. Zij advises and represents pension funds, insurance companies, (large) corporates and intermediates in high-profile pension cases. Her experience includes liquidation and consolidations of pension funds, partial buy-out processes, harmonisation and amendment of pension schemes, duty of care, the technical aspects of administration agreements and pension in merges and acquisitions. Furthermore, she regularly represents her clients in litigation procedures. Laurie regularly publishes on employment- and pension matters in professional journals.
