As a member of the Corporate practice group, Laura advises Luxembourg and foreign clients on corporate restructurings, M&A and general Corporate Law.
Prior to joining our firm, Laura worked for a consultancy firm in Germany in the field of IT and Privacy Law. Laura also gained legal experience interning in law firms both in Spain and Germany, where she assisted on corporate law and litigation matters.
