As a part of the Technology, Data & Commercial Team of Loyens & Loeff, Julia is often involved in high profile M&A transactions, due diligence investigations and drafting transaction documents from an IP/IT-perspective. Julia also regularly participates in implementation projects for key EU tech and cybersecurity legislation, helping organisations translate the requirements of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act) and NIS2 into practical, durable controls, policies and agreements.

Prior to working at the Dispute Resolution practice group, Julia worked within the tech startup ecosystem, which provided valuable insight into the legal and commercial challenges faced by innovative companies—insight that now informs a pragmatic and business-focused approach to legal and transactional work.
