Jordan has a particular focus on corporate law, advising private equity firms, real estate funds, and private companies on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, and the implementation of management incentive plans.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, he spent several years working at international law firms in Luxembourg and Paris.
