Jordan joined Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in September 2015. In 2019, he was seconded to our New York office where he advised US clients and attended a wide range of client events to strengthen the firm’s presence on the US market.

He generally focuses on transactional work for private equity firms but also advises international groups on restructuring matters and the implementation of management incentive plans.

In line with the firm’s will to work as closely as possible with its clients, Jordan was also seconded to EQT Exeter’s Luxembourg office during the summer 2021 where he provided support to the corporate team.
