Jennifer Poun, associate, is a member of the Luxembourg Investment Management Practice Group in our Luxembourg office. She focuses on fund finance transactions, real estate finance and corporate finance.
Jennifer acts on a full range of finance and secure lending transactions, with particular focus on fund finance, real estate finance and corporate finance. Before joining Loyens & Loeff, Jennifer acquired significant in-house experience with a Luxembourg company part of a leading real estate investment group listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
