Jacob advises on complex VAT and real estate transfer tax matters and has a focus on real estate. He mainly advises real estate developers, large investors and funds. Further, Jacob advises businesses on mergers, acquisitions and group reorganisations.
Within Loyens & Loeff Jacob is a member of the Project Development and Construction Team. The Project Development and Construction Team combines real estate experts from across our three disciplines – lawyers, tax advisers and civil law notaries.
