Evita Draisma, tax adviser, is a member of the International Tax Services practice group in our Amsterdam office. She focuses on Dutch and international tax matters.
Evita specialises in Dutch and international tax law, with a particular focus on Dutch corporate income tax and dividend withholding tax matters in a cross-border context. She advises both Dutch and foreign multinationals on a wide variety of topics, including the tax aspects of domestic and cross-border transactions, restructurings and mergers & acquisitions.
Evita is a member of the internal DAC6 team as well as the DAC6 Section of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
