Ekaterina advises private equity funds, multinationals and institutional investors. She focuses on cross-border financing and refinancing transactions with particular expertise in leveraged finance (including secured lending, structured finance, syndicated transactions), as well as on debt restructurings and security enforcement.
Before joining Loyens & Loeff, Ekaterina gained extensive corporate and finance law experience while working for over ten years in Benelux law firms.
