Dulcia Spee, attorney at law, is a senior member of the Real Estate practice group in our Amsterdam office.
Dulcia has broad experience in real estate transactions, including asset and share deals. She mainly acts for real estate funds and private equity investors, assisting clients with complex commercial real estate transactions involving both standing investments and project development, including turnkey transactions. In addition, Dulcia advises on a wide range of asset management‑related matters and matters of tenancy law.
Before joining the Real Estate team, Dulcia worked in the Corporate M&A practice group of Loyens & Loeff, enabling her to effectively bridge corporate and real estate considerations in share transactions. In 2020, she was seconded for twelve months as in‑house legal counsel at Mileway, one of Europe’s leading last‑mile logistics real estate platforms, where she gained first‑hand experience with institutional asset management, acquisitions and day‑to‑day operational real estate matters.
