Claire Venneuguès, associate, is a member of the Investment Management practice group in our Luxembourg office. She focuses on fund formation, both on the legal and regulatory side.
As a member of our Investment Management Practice Group, Claire Venneuguès assists global asset managers with establishing, structuring, operating and marketing Luxembourg regulated investment funds such as SIFs, UCITS, ELTIFs as well as non-regulated vehicles with a particular focus on private equity, real estate, infrastructure and debt funds. She also specialises in advising and setting-up carry and co-investment employee vehicles for asset management companies.
