Carola van den Bruinhorst, Of Counsel, is responsible for designing, implementing and running our Partner Development Programme. This programme also includes a Partner Assessment Programme that is designed and implemented in 2020.

Since 2015 Carola is also a member of the Management Board of the International Bar Association where she currently is Chair of the Legal Practice Division. Carola is based in Amsterdam. Until the end of 2019 she worked as a partner in our International Tax Practice in our offices in Rotterdam, New York, Amsterdam and Hong Kong. She founded the office in Hong Kong in 2011 and managed the office until 2017.
