He assists clients in all civil aspects of the due diligence (property, lease agreements, environment, zoning and planning, contracts) and in drafting of contractual documentation (asset and share purchase agreements, deed of sale, lease agreement). He has a particular interest in construction law and assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of various construction agreements, such as (general) contractor agreements, architecture agreements, project managment agreement, etc.
