Anouk currently works within the Competition and Regulatory department and is a member of the Life Sciences Team, Health Care Team and Data Protection & Privacy Team. Anouk advises on a wide variety of topics related to the General Data Protection Regulation and ancillary legislation, such as the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act and the Dutch Telecommunications Act. Anouk also advises parties in the field of Life Sciences and Healthcare and frequently acts for them in legal proceedings.

Prior to joining the Competition & Regulatory practice group, Anouk was a member of the Employment & Benefits practice group, where she gained experience in advising clients about individual and collective dismissal law (including dismissal of managing directors and other top management), employee representation (including in reorganisations and restructurings), the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, cross-border labour and employee participation structures.
