Kayleigh Bemelmans specialises in Dutch employment law. She advises clients on all-round employment law matters, with a particular focus on remuneration structures, incentive schemes, pay transparency and the regulatory framework governing (variable) remuneration in the financial sector.
Kayleigh's expertise includes individual and collective dismissal law, reorganisations and restructurings, employee representation (works council matters), the employment aspects of M&A transactions, cross-border labour, remuneration and bonus schemes, Long-term incentive plans (LTIPs), and management incentive plans (MIPs). She also advises on ESG-related employment topics and the evolving legal framework around pay transparency.
With a specific background in financial regulatory law, Kayleigh is also well-positioned to advise clients in the financial sector on the specific laws and regulations governing (variable) remuneration.
Kayleigh was seconded to our London office in 2024, where she continued to serve both domestic (Dutch) and international clients. She also regularly offers training and workshops on various employment law topics.
