Milou is a member of the Investment Management practice group since June 2018. She specialises in Dutch corporate income tax and Dutch dividend withholding tax aspects in cross-border transactions. She advises on international matters regarding mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and financing transactions, focusing on real estate investments. She started her career as a tax adviser at Deloitte in November 2015.
