Furthermore, Li Shao regularly advises on VAT and real estate transfer tax aspects of real estate (portfolio) purchases and sales. Within Loyens & Loeff, Li Shao is part of the FinTech team. Li Shao regularly publishes articles concerning VAT aspects of various types of (financial) transactions.
