Sandy Brumberg, professional support lawyer, is a member of the Banking & Finance Practice Group in our Luxembourg office. She focuses on EU/Luxembourg regulatory matters.
About Sandy Brumberg
Sandy specialises in banking regulatory matters such as banking/investment firm licenses, anti-money laundering, data protection and payment services. She advises clients on EU regulations such as CRD IV-CRR, MIFID II, AMLD 4, GDPR and PSD 2 and their Luxembourg implementation acts. Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Sandy worked for law firms in France (IP/IT and competition law) and Luxembourg (investment funds), as well as for an international bank and for the University of Luxembourg as a post-doc researcher in Law.
