Personally, my favourite detail is the atrium, with its green wall that extends all the way from the ground level to the tenth floor. After more than 20 years in our former location, we will miss our old home, but I am sure we’ll soon feel right at home in Hourglass.’

Hourglass has earned a BREEAM Excellent certificate, making it one of the most sustainable buildings in the Netherlands. It is heated using Amsterdam’s district heating system; all the exterior windows are triple insulated; the roof is fitted with solar panels; and its plumbing is designed for maximum water conservation. All in all, it’s an incredible building, and we’re very proud to call it our home.’
