Loyens & Loeff advised AXA REIM acquires the DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Central Station consisting of 557 rooms. In addition, the hotel has 15 meeting rooms, an executive lounge, a fitnesscentre of 100 sq m and three restaurants as well as a roof terrace overlooking the IJ canal and the city of Amsterdam. The value of this transaction is EUR 425 million.
