Hyatt Hotels Corporation has completed the sale of the real estate portfolio previously acquired from Playa Hotels & Resorts N.V. to Tortuga Resorts, a premier platform focused on luxury beachfront hospitality across Mexico and the Caribbean. The transaction is valued at approximately US$2 billion.
