The Conférence du Jeune Barreau de Luxembourg (CJBL) and the Conférence Saint-Yves (CSY) organised a legal conference on 15 November 2022 where a panel of experts discussed the current practice and future developments of third-party litigation funding in Luxembourg. Our specialist in our Litigation & Risk Management department discussed the potential of this industry to enhance the attractiveness of the jurisdiction as a financial center, the challenges and opportunities of the local legal ecosystem including pitfalls, whether and how to regulate and best practices for funders and clients.
