CBPE Capital has successfully completed the realisation of its investment in Centralis through a majority acquisition by HGGC. This cross-border transaction marks a significant milestone for Centralis, a leading provider of alternative asset and corporate services operating in 13 countries.
The deal follows a period of strong growth for Centralis since CBPE’s initial investment in 2020, during which the group expanded its global footprint and completed seven strategic acquisitions. HGGC’s investment will support further international expansion and service innovation.
We acted as Dutch, Luxembourg and Swiss counsel to CBPE Capital in connection with this transaction.
