Christophe Boyer is a member of the Investment Management department of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg.
Christophe has expertise in fund structuring and alternative funds such as hedge funds (including long/short equity funds, global macro funds, distressed funds, multi-strategy funds, event-driven funds, quantitative strategy funds, emerging market funds; fund of funds and commodity funds), private equity funds (including leveraged buyout, venture capital, mezzanine, as well as new innovative fund products). He provides regulatory and compliance advice and representation in connection with CSSF proceedings for various types of clients, such as investment advisors/managers and institutional investors.
Prior to joining Loyens & Loeff, Christophe Boyer spent one year and eight months in an international leading law firm in Serbia.
Christophe Boyer was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2009. He is also a member of the Luxembourg Bar.
