Kees van Raad

Kees van Raad specialises in international tax law and EC tax law. He is professor of law at the University of Leiden, a member of the Global Law Faculty of New York University Law School, a permanent visiting professor at the Peking University Law School in China, and Chairman of the International Tax Center Leiden (Adv LLM in International Tax Law).

About Kees van Raad

He serves as a deputy judge in the Tax Court of 's-Hertogenbosch. Furthermore, he is chairman of the board of the European Association of Tax Law Professors. He has been of counsel to Loyens & Loeff since 1986.
