About Grégoire Jakhian

Grégoire is a regular conference speaker on corporate and financial law. He has written two books (one on public take-over bids and the other on banking law) and numerous articles on various aspects of corporate law, securities regulations and banking law. Until recently, Grégoire was an Assistant Professor at the Université libre de Bruxelles on corporate and financial law.
