Restructuring of gategroup Holding

Loyens & Loeff advises RRJ Capital on the restructuring of its investment in gategroup Holding, Switzerland, the world’s largest provider of airline catering and retail on board.

RRJ Capital is a Singapore and Hong Kong based investment firm which focuses on private equity investments in China and South-East Asia. Loyens & Loeff advises RRJ Capital on the Swiss tax aspects of this restructuring, which includes a new money injection provided by gategroup Holding’s shareholders consisting of a combination of equity and a convertible loan.
