Loyens & Loeff advised USAA Realco and Somerset Capital Partners on the acquisition and the development of Flora Holland

A joint venture between USAA Realco and Somerset Capital Partners has acquired the old ‘Flora Holland’ building / area with current buildings located thereon. On these plots, the joint venture will realize the largest distribution / logistics center of the Benelux, measuring approximately 100,000 square metres warehouse space. The Tenant will be Zalando.

Extension of belgian tax on stock exchange transactions

Loyens & Loeff N.V. assisted USAA Realco and Somerset in i) the establishment of the joint venture, ii) the acquisition of the Flora Holland area, iii) the development agreement and lease agreement with Zalando and iv) the construction agreement with the contractor.
