Thomas Duong first joined the Corporate Department of Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg in 2011.
Thomas also worked for the Luxembourg office of a global law firm with headquarters in New York and London.
He specialises in Luxembourg commercial and corporate law, M&A transactions, cross-border reorganizations, private equity and corporate finance matters. He also advises on regulated and non-regulated fund structuring.
Thomas is part of our designated team in charge of the Financial Technology (FinTech) sector.
Thomas is a member of the Luxembourg Bar.
Thomas is also a member of the Commission Vietnam with the Paris Bar, the International Bar Association, the China-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (“ChinaLux”) and the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (“ALFI”).
